Refund policy

At Orvano, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at orvanoCompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note that customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
